Healthy Greek Yogurt Parfait Recipe

“Yogurt fruit granola and walnuts. This morning I am running behind and was going to just drink a protein shake for breakfast but remembered I had yogurt so I made that. Glad I had it on had.”

Instructions
1.
In a medium bowl, layer 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt at the bottom of four serving glasses.
2.
Add 1/4 cup of mixed berries on top of the yogurt.
3.
Sprinkle 1/4 cup of granola over the berries.
4.
Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, finishing with a layer of berries and a sprinkle of walnuts on top.
5.
Drizzle with honey if desired for added sweetness.
6.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.

1 cup granola (low sugar)
4.
1/2 cup walnuts (chopped)
5.
1 tablespoon honey (optional, for sweetness)
