Greek yogurt with granola and berries

Great start to this new week Courtney perfect combo of fiber and protein here :)

Instructions

  • 1.

    In a medium bowl, layer 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt at the bottom.

  • 2.

    Add 1/4 cup of granola on top of the yogurt.

  • 3.

    Sprinkle 1/4 cup of mixed berries over the granola.

  • 4.

    Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with berries on top.

  • 5.

    Drizzle with honey if desired for added sweetness.

    2 cups low-fat or non-fat Greek yogurt

    1 cup granola (low in added sugars)

  • 3.

    1 cup mixed berries (blueberries and strawberries)

  • 4.

    1 tablespoon honey (optional, for sweetness)
