Your brunch selection is well-balanced with lean protein from the turkey and egg and fiber-rich foods like spinach and salad greens Hope you enjoyed it!

Instructions

  • 1.

    In a bowl, layer 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt as the base.

  • 2.

    Add a layer of chopped spinach and salad greens (about 1/4 cup).

  • 3.

    Top with diced bell peppers and 2 slices of turkey breast.

  • 4.

    Sprinkle 1/2 tablespoon of flaxseed on top.

  • 5.

    Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of yogurt.

  • 6.

    Drizzle honey on top if desired for sweetness.

  • 7.

    Serve with a whole grain wrap on the side.
