Instructions

  • 1.

    In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and honey (if using). Stir until well mixed. (2 minutes)

  • 2.

    In serving glasses or bowls, layer the yogurt mixture, chia seeds, pomegranate seeds, and mixed berries. (5 minutes)

  • 3.

    Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of berries on top. (3 minutes)

  • 4.

    Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.

    1/2 cup chia seeds

    1 cup pomegranate seeds

  • 4.

    1/2 cup mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, or raspberries)

  • 5.

    1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

  • 6.

    1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
