“Greek yogurt/strawberrys/coconut flakes/granola”

Instructions
1.
In a medium bowl, layer 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt at the bottom of four serving glasses or bowls.
2.
Add a layer of diced strawberries (about 1/2 cup) on top of the yogurt.
3.
Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of coconut flakes over the strawberries.
4.
Add 1/4 cup of granola on top of the coconut flakes.
5.
Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, finishing with a sprinkle of granola and coconut on top.
6.
Drizzle with honey if desired for added sweetness.
7.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
