As always Greek yogurt is a great source of lean protein that will keep you full until your next meal. Keep up the great work!

Instructions

  • 1.

    In a medium bowl, layer 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt at the bottom of four serving glasses.

  • 2.

    Add a layer of 1/4 cup blueberries, followed by 1/4 cup diced mango and 1/4 cup sliced plums.

  • 3.

    Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of granola over the fruit layer.

  • 4.

    Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, finishing with a layer of yogurt on top.

  • 5.

    Garnish with dark chocolate shavings or chips and a few extra pieces of fruit for decoration.

  • 6.

    Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
