“Greek yogurt and some granola with almonds chia and flax seeds”

Instructions
1.
In a medium bowl, layer 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt at the bottom of four serving glasses.
2.
Sprinkle 1/4 cup of granola over the yogurt layer.
3.
Add a layer of 1/4 cup of fresh raspberries on top of the granola.
4.
Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, finishing with a layer of yogurt.
5.
Top each parfait with chopped almonds, chia seeds, and flax seeds for added crunch and nutrition.
6.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
