Hello Courtney Youre halfway through your weekly target of 7 protein-rich breakfasts. I see youre sticking to your usual breakfast which is fantastic. Keep enjoying your healthy breakfasts and the positive impact they have on your day!

Instructions

  • 1.

    In a medium bowl, layer 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt at the bottom.

  • 2.

    Add a layer of 1/4 cup of sliced strawberries and 1/4 cup of blackberries on top of the yogurt.

  • 3.

    Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of granola over the berries.

  • 4.

    Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of berries and a sprinkle of walnuts on top.

  • 5.

    Drizzle with honey if desired for added sweetness.

    2 cups Greek yogurt (unsweetened)

    1 cup strawberries, sliced

    1 cup blackberries

  • 4.

    1/2 cup granola (low sugar)

  • 5.

    1/4 cup walnuts, chopped

    1 tablespoon honey (optional, for sweetness)
