Healthy Greek Yogurt Parfait Recipe

“This morning I grabbed a Greek yogurt and some granola to enjoy for breakfast.”

Instructions
1.
In a medium bowl, layer 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt at the bottom of each serving glass.
2.
Add a layer of granola (about 1/4 cup) on top of the yogurt.
3.
Sprinkle a tablespoon of mixed nuts over the granola.
4.
Drizzle a teaspoon of honey over the nuts.
5.
Add a layer of fresh berries (about 1/4 cup) on top.
6.
Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, finishing with a layer of berries on top.
7.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.

1 cup granola (preferably low-sugar)
3.
1/4 cup mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
4.
2 tablespoons honey
5.
1 cup fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
