Instructions
1.
In a medium bowl, layer 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt at the bottom.
2.
Add 1/4 cup of granola on top of the yogurt.
3.
Layer 1/4 cup of mixed fresh fruit over the granola.
4.
Sprinkle 1/2 tablespoon of ground flaxseed and a few chocolate pieces on top.
5.
Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of fruit and toppings.
6.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.

1 cup granola (low-sugar variety)

1 cup mixed fresh fruit (e.g., berries, banana, or mango)
4.
2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
