Instructions

  • 1.

    In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and honey (if using). Stir until smooth and well combined. (2 minutes)

    In serving glasses or bowls, layer the yogurt mixture, followed by a layer of blueberries, then a layer of diced melon. (3 minutes)

    Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, finishing with a layer of fruit on top. (2 minutes)

    Sprinkle granola and chia seeds on top for added crunch and fiber. (1 minute)

  • 5.

    Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
