Instructions
1.
In a medium bowl, scoop the Greek yogurt and divide it evenly among four serving bowls or glasses (about 1/2 cup each).
2.
Layer the granola on top of the yogurt, about 1/4 cup per serving.
3.
Add a layer of fresh blueberries, about 1/4 cup per serving.
4.
Drizzle honey on top if desired, adjusting the amount based on your sweetness preference.
5.
Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with blueberries on top.
6.
Serve immediately and enjoy your healthy Greek yogurt parfait!
