Instructions
1.
In a medium bowl, layer 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt at the bottom of four serving glasses.
2.
Add a layer of sliced strawberries (about 1/2 cup) on top of the yogurt.
3.
Sprinkle 1/4 cup of granola over the strawberries.
4.
Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, finishing with a layer of yogurt on top.
5.
Top each parfait with chopped almonds, chia seeds, hemp seeds, and ground flaxseed.
6.
Drizzle honey on top if desired, and serve immediately.

1 cup granola (low-sugar variety)
4.
1/4 cup almonds, chopped
5.
2 tablespoons chia seeds
6.

2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
8.
1-2 tablespoons honey (optional, adjust to taste)
