Instructions

In a large bowl, layer 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt at the bottom.

Add a layer of sliced bananas and a handful of mixed berries.
3.
Sprinkle crumbled whole grain toast on top for added texture.

Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of yogurt.
5.
Drizzle honey on top if desired and sprinkle with nuts for extra crunch.
6.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
