Two hard boiled eggs

Instructions

  • 1.

    1. Place the eggs in a pot and cover them with water. Bring to a boil over medium heat.

  • 2.

    2. Once boiling, cover the pot and remove it from heat. Let the eggs sit for 10-12 minutes.

  • 3.

    3. After the time is up, transfer the eggs to an ice bath to cool for 5 minutes.

  • 4.

    4. Peel the eggs and slice them in half or quarters.

  • 5.

    5. Sprinkle black sesame seeds and chopped nuts over the eggs.

  • 6.

    6. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve immediately.
