Instructions

1. Begin by boiling the eggs: Place the eggs in a pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Once boiling, cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 10-12 minutes, then cool in ice water and peel.

2. While the eggs are boiling, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
