Instructions

Boil the eggs: Place the eggs in a pot and cover them with water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10-12 minutes. Remove from heat and let them cool in cold water for 5 minutes.

Prepare the apples: While the eggs are boiling, wash and slice the apples into wedges. If desired, sprinkle with cinnamon for added flavor.
