Instructions

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the egg whites, Greek yogurt, and cinnamon until well combined. (2 minutes)

Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly coat with cooking spray or olive oil. (2 minutes)
3.
Dip each slice of low-calorie bread into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are coated. (2 minutes)
4.
Place the coated bread slices onto the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. (4-6 minutes)
5.
Serve warm, topped with fresh blueberries and a drizzle of maple syrup. Enjoy! (1 minute)
