Instructions
1.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, chopped nuts, cinnamon, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg whites and honey (if using).

Pour the egg white mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until everything is well coated.
5.
Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.
7.
Remove from the oven and let it cool completely. Stir in dried fruit if desired.
8.
Serve the granola with nonfat Greek yogurt and fresh red raspberries.
