Instructions

  • 1.

    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • 2.

    In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, protein powder, chopped walnuts, cinnamon, and salt.

  • 3.

    In a separate bowl, mix honey (or maple syrup) and almond butter until smooth.

  • 4.

    Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is well coated.

  • 5.

    Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  • 6.

    Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.

  • 7.

    Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before breaking it into clusters.

  • 8.

    Serve with fresh strawberries on top.
