Instructions
1.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, chopped nuts, seeds, flaxseed meal, cinnamon, and salt.

In a small saucepan, warm the honey (or maple syrup) and nut butter over low heat until melted and combined.

Pour the warm mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well until everything is evenly coated.

Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in an even layer.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.
7.
Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before adding dried fruit, if using.
8.
Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
