Instructions
1.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, mix the rolled oats, chopped nuts, pumpkin seeds, cinnamon, and salt.

In a separate bowl, combine honey, peanut butter, and vanilla extract. Microwave for 20-30 seconds to soften, then stir until smooth.
4.
Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well until everything is evenly coated.
5.
Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.
7.
Let it cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
