Instructions
1.
In a saucepan, heat the unsweetened almond milk over medium heat until warm (about 3-5 minutes).

Add the oatmeal to the warm almond milk and stir well. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the oatmeal is creamy.

While the oatmeal is cooking, prepare the hard-boiled eggs by peeling and slicing them.
4.
Once the oatmeal is ready, divide it into four bowls.

Top each bowl with sliced hard-boiled eggs, a tablespoon of flaxseed meal, and a drizzle of agave syrup if desired.
6.
Serve with half a grapefruit on the side for a refreshing touch.
