Instructions
1.
In a medium saucepan, bring the water or almond milk to a boil over medium heat (about 5 minutes).

Add the rolled oats and reduce the heat to low. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until the oats are soft and creamy.
3.
Stir in the protein powder, chia seeds, almond butter, and cinnamon. Mix well until fully combined (about 1 minute).
4.
If using, add the sliced banana for natural sweetness and stir gently.
5.
Remove from heat and let it sit for a minute to thicken. Serve warm, topped with fresh berries if desired.
