Instructions

  • 1.

    In a medium saucepan, combine the rolled oats and almond milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally (about 3-4 minutes).

    Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and stir in the protein powder, chia seeds, and cinnamon. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the oats are creamy and thickened.

  • 3.

    Remove from heat and let it sit for a minute. Stir in the hemp hearts and sweetener if desired.

  • 4.

    Serve the oats in bowls and top with frozen raspberries. Enjoy warm!
