Instructions

  • 1.

    In a medium saucepan, bring the water or almond milk to a boil (about 5 minutes).

    Add the rolled oats and reduce the heat to medium. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the oats are soft and creamy.

  • 3.

    Stir in the protein powder, ground flaxseed, and chopped walnuts. Mix well to combine.

  • 4.

    If desired, drizzle with zero sugar syrup for added sweetness.

  • 5.

    Serve warm and enjoy your healthy high protein oats!
