Instructions
1.
In a medium saucepan, combine the rolled oats and high-protein milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. (Approx. 5 minutes)
2.
Once boiling, reduce heat to low and simmer for about 3-5 minutes until the oats are cooked and creamy.
3.
Remove from heat and stir in the cinnamon.
4.
Serve the oatmeal in bowls, topped with sliced bananas and blueberries.
5.
On the side, serve the cooked chicken sausages.

4 cups high-protein milk (or regular milk with protein powder added)

2 ripe bananas, sliced
4.
1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
5.
1 teaspoon cinnamon
6.
4 chicken sausages, cooked
