Instructions
1.
In a medium saucepan, combine the rolled oats and skim milk (or dairy-free alternative).

Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. (Approx. 3-4 minutes)

Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and stir in the chocolate protein powder until fully combined.
4.
Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the oats are creamy and cooked through.
5.
Remove from heat and stir in chia seeds and vanilla extract if using.
6.
Serve in bowls and top with granola and fresh fruit.
