Instructions

  • 1.

    In a medium saucepan, combine the rolled oats and almond milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally (about 5 minutes).

    Once boiling, reduce heat to low and add cinnamon, walnuts, blueberries, and flax/chia seed powder. Stir well and cook for an additional 5 minutes until the oats are creamy.

  • 3.

    While the oats are cooking, prepare the boiled eggs. You can boil them in advance and store them in the refrigerator for convenience.

  • 4.

    Once the oatmeal is ready, serve it in bowls and top with additional blueberries and walnuts if desired. Enjoy with the boiled eggs on the side.
