Instructions

  • 1.

    In a medium saucepan, bring water or almond milk to a boil (about 5 minutes).

  • 2.

    Add rolled oats and cinnamon, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until the oats are cooked and creamy.

  • 3.

    Remove from heat and let sit for a minute.

  • 4.

    In a bowl, layer the cooked oats with Greek yogurt and top with berries.

  • 5.

    Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired, and enjoy!
