Instructions
1.
In a medium saucepan, combine the old-fashioned oats and almond milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat (about 5 minutes).

Once boiling, reduce heat to low and stir in the egg whites and whey protein powder. Mix well until fully combined (about 2-3 minutes).
3.
Add cinnamon and chia seeds if using, and continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes until the mixture thickens to your desired consistency.
4.
Remove from heat and let it sit for a minute to cool slightly.
5.
Serve warm, topped with fresh fruit or nuts if desired.
