Instructions

  • 1.

    In a medium saucepan, bring water or almond milk to a boil.

  • 2.

    Add rolled oats and reduce heat to low. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  • 3.

    In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and cook them in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until scrambled.

  • 4.

    Once the oats are cooked, stir in the protein powder (if using) and cinnamon.

  • 5.

    Serve the oats in bowls, topped with scrambled eggs, dried cranberries, and sliced almonds.

  • 6.

    Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired.

    1/4 cup sliced almonds

    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 8.

    1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
