Instructions

  • 1.

    In a medium saucepan, combine the rolled oats, milk, and water. Bring to a boil over medium heat (about 5 minutes).

  • 2.

    Once boiling, reduce heat to low and stir in the ground flaxseed and cinnamon. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until the oats are creamy.

  • 3.

    Remove from heat and stir in the chopped walnuts and sliced bananas.

  • 4.

    Drizzle with zero sugar maple syrup before serving. Enjoy warm!
