Instructions
1.
In a medium saucepan, combine the rolled oats and milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. (5 minutes)
2.
Once boiling, reduce heat to low and simmer for about 5-7 minutes, or until the oats are cooked and creamy.

While the oats are cooking, heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook to your liking (sunny-side up, scrambled, etc.). (5 minutes)
4.
Once the oats are ready, stir in the blueberries, chopped almonds, and cinnamon if using. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until heated through.
5.
Serve the oatmeal in bowls, topped with a cooked egg on the side. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired.

1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)

1/2 cup almonds (chopped)
6.
1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, adjust for sweetness)
