Instructions
1.
In a medium saucepan, bring water or almond milk to a boil (about 5 minutes).

Add rolled oats and reduce heat to low. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until creamy.

Stir in the protein powder until fully combined. Remove from heat and set aside.
4.
In a separate pan, scramble the eggs over medium heat, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste (about 5 minutes).
5.
Serve the oatmeal in bowls, topped with blueberries and almonds, alongside the scrambled eggs and pico de gallo.
