“Your breakfast choice of oatmeal strawberries and turkey sausages sounds delicious and well-balanced. The turkey sausages are a good source of lean protein and the strawberries and oatmeal are both fiber-rich foods. Bravo Lakisha!”
Instructions
1.
In a medium saucepan, combine the rolled oats and almond milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat (about 5 minutes).
2.
Once boiling, reduce heat to low and stir in the protein powder. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until the oats are creamy.
3.
While the oats are cooking, heat the turkey sausages in a separate pan according to package instructions.
4.
Once the oats are ready, remove from heat and stir in half of the sliced bananas and half of the strawberries.
5.
Serve the oatmeal in bowls, topped with the remaining strawberries and bananas. Enjoy with the turkey sausages on the side.

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1 cup strawberries, sliced

2 bananas, sliced
