Instructions
1.
In a medium saucepan, bring water or almond milk to a boil.

Add rolled oats and a pinch of salt. Reduce heat and simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3.
While the oats are cooking, heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and cook the eggs to your preference (scrambled or fried).
4.
Once the oats are cooked, stir in the protein powder and cinnamon until well combined.
5.
Serve the oatmeal in bowls, topped with the cooked eggs. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired.
