Instructions
1.
In a medium saucepan, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat (about 5 minutes).

Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and stir in the protein powder, chia seeds, and vanilla extract. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3.
Remove from heat and let it sit for a minute to thicken.
4.
Serve in bowls topped with fresh strawberries and a drizzle of honey or maple syrup if desired.
