Instructions
1.
In a medium saucepan, combine rolled oats, almond milk, chia seeds, and protein powder (if using).

Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

Once boiling, reduce heat to low and simmer for about 5 minutes, or until the oats are cooked and creamy.
4.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and maple syrup (if using).
5.
Serve warm, topped with chocolate chips and fresh fruit.
