Instructions
1.
In a medium saucepan, combine the rolled oats, water or almond milk, and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat (about 5 minutes).
2.
Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and stir in the frozen blueberries and sliced banana. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3.
If using, stir in the protein powder and cinnamon until well combined.
4.
Remove from heat and let it sit for a minute to thicken.
5.
Serve in bowls and top with almond butter. Enjoy your healthy high protein oats!
