Instructions
1.
In a medium saucepan, combine rolled oats and almond milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat (about 3-4 minutes).

Once boiling, reduce heat to low and stir in protein powder, chia seeds, cinnamon, and sweetener (if using). Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until thickened.
3.
Remove from heat and let sit for a minute to thicken further.
4.
Serve in bowls topped with fresh berries and chopped nuts.

1/2 cup fresh berries (blueberries, strawberries, or raspberries)
8.
1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds or walnuts, optional)
