Instructions
1.
In a medium saucepan, bring the water or almond milk to a boil over medium heat (about 3-4 minutes).

Add the rolled oats and reduce the heat to low. Stir in the protein powder and cinnamon (if using). Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the oats are creamy.
3.
Remove from heat and stir in the hemp hearts and chopped walnuts.
4.
Serve the oatmeal in bowls, topped with sliced bananas and a drizzle of honey or maple syrup if desired.
