Instructions

  • 1.

    In a medium saucepan, bring the water or almond milk to a boil (about 2-3 minutes).

    Once boiling, reduce heat to low and stir in the Better Oats blueberry oatmeal and protein powder.

  • 3.

    Add the chia seeds and cinnamon if using, and mix well.

  • 4.

    Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the oatmeal thickens.

  • 5.

    Remove from heat and fold in the blueberries.

  • 6.

    Serve warm, drizzled with honey or maple syrup if desired.
