Instructions

  • 1.

    In a medium saucepan, combine rolled oats, almond milk, and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat (about 5 minutes).

    Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until the oats are creamy.

  • 3.

    Remove from heat and stir in cinnamon, if using.

  • 4.

    Serve the oatmeal in bowls, topped with sliced bananas, chopped walnuts, and a drizzle of zero sugar syrup.
