Instructions

  • 1.

    In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, almond milk, chocolate protein powder, chia seeds, and vanilla extract. Stir well until all ingredients are fully mixed.

    Add in the blackberries, gently folding them into the mixture.

    If using honey, drizzle it in and mix until combined.

  • 4.

    Divide the mixture into four jars or containers, sealing them tightly.

  • 5.

    Refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours) to allow the oats to soak and soften.

    In the morning, give the oats a good stir and enjoy cold or warm them up in the microwave for 30-60 seconds.
