Instructions

    In a large bowl, combine rolled oats and protein powder.

    Pour in the mac nut milk and stir until well mixed.

    Add the mixed berries, sliced banana, and cinnamon. Stir gently to combine.

    If using, add chia seeds for extra fiber and mix well.

    Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours) to allow the oats to soak up the liquid.

    In the morning, give the oats a good stir and enjoy cold or warm them up in the microwave for 30 seconds.
