Instructions

  • 1.

    In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, protein powder, and chia seeds (if using).

    Pour in the almond milk and stir until well combined.

  • 3.

    Add in the blueberries, almonds, and cinnamon, mixing gently.

  • 4.

    Divide the mixture into four jars or containers, sealing them tightly.

  • 5.

    Refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours) to allow the oats to absorb the liquid.

  • 6.

    In the morning, stir the oats and add a splash of almond milk if needed. Enjoy cold or warm them up in the microwave.
