Instructions

In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, oat milk, chia seeds, and protein powder (if using). Stir well to combine.

Add diced mango, pineapple, and sliced strawberries to the mixture. Gently fold in the fruits.

Sprinkle cinnamon and hemp seeds over the top, and drizzle with maple syrup if desired.
4.
Cover the bowl with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours) to allow the oats to soak and soften.
5.
In the morning, give the oats a good stir and enjoy cold or warmed up. Top with additional fruits or seeds if desired.
