Instructions
1.
In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, oat bran, and protein powder.
2.
Add almond milk and stir until well mixed.
3.
Fold in the blueberries and cinnamon. If using, add chia seeds for extra fiber.
4.
Divide the mixture into four jars or containers.
5.
Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours) to allow the oats to soak up the liquid.
6.
In the morning, give it a good stir and enjoy cold or warm it up in the microwave for 30 seconds.
