Instructions
1.
In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, protein powder, and chia seeds (if using).
2.
Pour in the macadamia nut milk and stir until well combined.
3.
Add the chopped walnuts, cinnamon, and half of the blueberries and raspberries. Mix gently.
4.
Divide the mixture into four jars or containers, layering with the remaining berries and banana slices on top.
5.
Seal the containers and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours) to allow the oats to soak up the liquid.
6.
In the morning, give the oats a good stir and enjoy cold or warmed up!
